Well, it's because of this movie.) \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhat's especially Tarantino-esque is the witty, rapid-fire scriptwork by director Arthur Marks (formerly the most prominent helmer of TV's \"Perry Mason\") and his confident handling of its cast of higher-end B-regulars, with enjoyable turns by Alex Rocco (Roger Meyers Jr. himself!) and Timothy Brown as proto-Vince and Jules enforcers, Corman regular Leo Gordon as a particularly gross stepdad, and Steve Sandor as the dopey fall guy. Naturally, it's all anchored by Tiffany Billing (one of the most intense and unnerving leading ladies of her era - check out her turn in the Marks-produced \"The Candy Snatchers\") and Robin Mattson as our amoral titular siblings, Ellie and Myra.
