Returns/Refund

I deal with a third party printing company and they only refund/exchange products that are defective. They do not do returns/refunds for buyer remorse or size exchange which means I cannot accept returns/refunds for those reasons. I can only accept a refund or exchange if the product is damaged.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please send photos of the item, so I can submit it to the printer to ensure another product is sent to you.
